What do I need to bring to check-in?
Guests must present valid photo identification matching the reservation name and a valid credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover). Check-in is available to individuals over 21 years of age.
How much will my method of payment be authorized for?
An authorization will be placed for the remaining balance of room and tax charges, plus an additional $75 per night for incidental charges. For prepaid reservations, only the $75 per night incidental authorization applies. Note that debit card authorizations remove funds from your account, while credit card authorizations reduce your credit line.
Do you accept cash payment?
Cash is not accepted for guest room charges. However, all dining and drinking establishments within the hotel do accept cash payments.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, a complimentary breakfast from Gables Bagels for up to two guests per night is included in your stay. Available Daily from 6:45am-11:00am.
Is the hotel pet-friendly?
POSH hotel does not allow pets. However, service animals as defined by the ADA are permitted. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not recognized as service animals under the ADA.
Is smoking permitted in any of the guest rooms?
No, The Posh on Kirkwood is a smoke-free property. A $500 room recovery fee will be charged for smoking in guest rooms.
Is valet available at the hotel?
Yes, valet parking is offered at $33 per night for overnight parking and $20 per day for day parking with unlimited in/out access.
What is the closest airport?
The closest airport is Indianapolis International Airport (IND), approximately 40 miles.
What is the charge for Wi-Fi?
Complimentary premium wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel, including the lobby, guest rooms, and event spaces.
Is there a fitness center on the property?
While we do not have a traditional fitness center, guests are welcome to enjoy our custom-designed sauna room, which comfortably accommodates up to six people.
